    Where do you want to go? I can send you anywhere in the world!
  • Do you book flights only?
    No, we do not book flights only. Flights must be added to a vacation package.
  • Once I book a consultation, when can I expect to receive a call?
    You will be called at the designated time. If we can not reach you at that time, we will try again within 24-48 hours.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept most major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Prepaid cards will NOT be accepted.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we offer payment plans. Final payments are typically due 60 days prior to departure which is why we recommend our clients book their vacation as far in advance as possible.
  • Do you plan group trips?
    Yes, we specialize in group trips such as destination weddings, couples trips, cruises, birthday celebrations, corporate retreats and so much more!
  • Do you offer travel insurance?
    Yes, we offer pre-departure and post-departure travel insurance. Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top insurance companies we carry. Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans.
  • What is the difference between pre-departure and post-departure travel insurance?
    Pre-departure protection protects you in the event your trip is cancelled prior to departure and typically includes Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. Post-departure protection protects you after you have departed for vacation and typically covers medical issues, lost baggage, delayed trips etc. Where available, pre-departure protection will automatically be added to your trip. If you choose to decline travel protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your vacation. By declining to purchase travel insurance, you fully understand that You Be Everywhere Travel Agency is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and/or transportation, pandemics, loss of baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accidents, force majeure, major events, and/ or rental car physical damage.
  • Is transportation to and from the airport included?
    Yes, transportation can be added to any vacation package.
  • Do you plan destination weddings/ vow renewal ceremonies?
    Yes, we will work with you and our team of wedding coordinators to make your day as memorable as possible!
  • Can I use my airline miles to book a vacation?
    Yes, we are able to handle accommodations, excursions, transportation, travel insurance and itineraries if you choose to book your flight using miles.
  • Can you work with any budget?
    Yes, we can work with any realistic budget. If your budget doesn't allow you to travel to your destination of choice, we will offer you different suggestions until we suggest something you like.
  • When is the earliest I can plan my vacation?
    Packages that are inclusive of flights can be booked as early as 11 months prior to departure. Land-only packages can be booked at least 3 years in advance.
